Thai textiles and rattan birdcage lamps feature in each elegantly appointed Deluxe Balcony room. Sunlight streams into the room as you rise, well rested from a divine night’s sleep. Deluxe Garden rooms open their doors to a secluded terrace and garden. Spend lazy afternoons on the sun loungers in your private leafy green enclave. Watch the chef fire up the cooking station, toss and turn fresh ingredients in the wok and deliver within minutes, a sumptuous meal. The restaurant is situated right on the beach in a contemporary, airy, modern beach-shack-inspired setting. Enjoy traditional recipes as well as seasonally inspired interpretations of ‘Kway Teow Pad Thai,’ stir-fry noodles.

The expert sous chef at Pad Thai, whose family runs a notable nearby restaurant, has dedicated his life to perfecting the balancing of sweet, sour, spice and salt – the four flavours that define the nation’s most well known dishes.
